In the palate it is medium bodied, with high aromatic intensity and sharp acidity that balances with the oily, buttery feel. Honey, peach, citrus, sweet lemon, grapefruit, vanilla, candied rose, jasmine, pepper, brioche, almond, butter, toffee fill your mouth in every sip. Pleasant, spicy aftertaste that lasts!

    Modern technological vinification with the use of prefermentation extraction at a temperature of 50 °F for 8 hours. Fermentation is carried out at a low temperature of 53.5 °F.
