A fruit of traditional and modern technology. An excellent wine with intense character of citrus fruits, rich flavor, structure and refreshing acidity. It is served at 46-65 °F and ideally accompanies shellfish and fish. Straw blonde colour, delicate citrus aromas, honeyed fruits, roasted nuts and lemon-curd. Typically crisp on the palate with zesty acidity and mineral character.

The vineyards are found at an altitude of 550-700 m on the north-east Olympus slopes, in Prosilia and Tourtoura.
The soil consists mainly of iron-rich schist. The iron in the soil is an important quality factor, since it regulates the water capacity of the soil. The soil is poor in organic substances. Its structure enables the penetration of the roots into the sub-soil, so that the vine does not suffer from lack of moisture during the summer. The sub-soil is sandy-clayey.The cultivation is dry and organic which yields no more than 5-8 tn/ha.
