From the vineyards of Lantides Estate in Asprocampos & Koutsi of Nemea Peloponnese (650m), the outcome is a unique and elegant wine, fruitful and complex. The aromas reveals spices such as cinnamon, cloves and pepper, while the structure of the body is medium with graceful texture, balanced acidity and very ripe elegant tannins. The finish is moderately long, full of red fruits with a hint of cherry and plum. Ageing 14 months in oak barrels. Can age more than 10 years without cork change. Wine unfiltered

    Destemming, no crushing, cold soak - skin contact under controlled conditions, alcoholic fermentation at gradual increase temperatures. Forteen months in American & French oak casks medium toast. No treatment or filtration before bottling.

    The middle zone of Nemea is considered suitable for the production of what are called modern wines. Through extra work in the vineyard to reduce yields and with the suitable vinification techniques, wines with more extract, balanced acidity and ageing potential are produced.
