Sauvignon Blanc

An epic Sauvignon Blanc varietal, producing a complex nose of melon, honey and orange peel. Its aromas contain an incredibly palate of apple, pear and melon, accompanied by an impressive acidity from start to finish. Well-balanced, refreshing, and elegantly fruity.

Mt. Olympus

Itea

The vineyards are found at an altitude of 550-700 m on the north-east Olympus slopes, in Prosilia and Tourtoura.
The soil consists mainly of iron-rich schist. The iron in the soil is an important quality factor, since it regulates the water capacity of the soil. The soil is poor in organic substances. Its structure enables the penetration of the roots into the sub-soil, so that the vine does not suffer from lack of moisture during the summer. The sub-soil is sandy-clayey.The cultivation is dry and organic which yields no more than 5-8 tn/ha.
