Thessaly Red
Like the rouged full moon of harvest, this wine has a deep scarlet color and combines the thick aromas of dried black fruits and herbs. The sweet taste in the mouth turns into an aftertaste of robust and persistent character. Both memorable and ephemeral as the goddess herself.

Mt. Olympus
Itea
The vineyards are found at an altitude of 550-700 m on the north-east Olympus slopes, in Prosilia and Tourtoura.
The soil consists mainly of iron-rich schist. The iron in the soil is an important quality factor, since it regulates the water capacity of the soil. The soil is poor in organic substances. Its structure enables the penetration of the roots into the sub-soil, so that the vine does not suffer from lack of moisture during the summer. The sub-soil is sandy-clayey.The cultivation is dry and organic which yields no more than 5-8 tn/ha.
