Thessaly White

Like the yellow- green cast of moonlight in the glass, this wine is aromatic with cream and fresh peach, with a medium body and a long lasting ripe peach and white fruit flavors, supported by citrus notes. Both memorable and ephemeral as the goddess herself.

    Mt. Olympus

    Itea

The vineyards are found at an altitude of 550-700 m on the north-east Olympus slopes, in Prosilia and Tourtoura.
The soil consists mainly of iron-rich schist. The iron in the soil is an important quality factor, since it regulates the water capacity of the soil. The soil is poor in organic substances. Its structure enables the penetration of the roots into the sub-soil, so that the vine does not suffer from lack of moisture during the summer. The sub-soil is sandy-clayey.The cultivation is dry and organic which yields no more than 5-8 tn/ha.
