CavaOinos had the honor of pouring our wines at the Greek Consulate of NY, as the Launch of Greek Institute of Architects in New York new publication, ‘A Shelter for Architecture’.  It was a beautiful night of amazing people sharing ideas in an artistic atmosphere that was perfectly complemented by Eros & Psyche Sauvignon Blanc. This northern Greek white is a perfect reception wine, as you just can’t go wrong with this tropical expression of the varietal.  Definitely a crowd pleaser.
