Limnio Blanc De Noir
Bright auburn color, delicate aromas of citrus, honeyed fruits, nuts and lemon cream. Typically crunchy in the mouth with lemony acidity and metallic character.
The harvest of Lemnos takes place in mid-September, from the oldest vineyards of the estate and with a selection of the highest quality grapes. In the winery the handling of the grapes is careful and fast, in order to produce the juice before it passes the color of the peel.

Mt. Meliton
The vineyards are found at an altitude of 550-700 m on the north-east Olympus slopes, in Prosilia and Tourtoura.
The soil consists mainly of iron-rich schist. The iron in the soil is an important quality factor, since it regulates the water capacity of the soil. The soil is poor in organic substances. Its structure enables the penetration of the roots into the sub-soil, so that the vine does not suffer from lack of moisture during the summer. The sub-soil is sandy-clayey.The cultivation is dry and organic which yields no more than 5-8 tn/ha.
